Terence Hogben

Born on the South Coast of Kwazulu Natal, I am an avid surfer and photographer. I have been living in Morningside Durban since 1990. I have been a professional photographer in the advertising and marketing industry for all my career life. This has melded perfectly into my Real Estate career which started 12 years ago at Pam Golding Property, which was my grounding phase. I then moved to Sotheby’s and when this franchise area for the Berea had new ownership, Kim,Hogben, my partner and I opened up the Leapfrog Property Group Durban branch, Kim was Principal | Director and I was the marketing and advertising Director. I handled management Sales and Marketing plus I also sold while guiding the agent’s properties sales to achieve greater eyes on each property. We achieved many years of success with our business model.
