All registered Estate Agents can join Best Agent and capture their property sales on our system. We verify all sales and once the particular property has been transferred from the seller to the buyer at the Deeds Office, we incorporate it into our data. This way, you can be sure that the sales recorded on Best Agent actually happened, are independently verified and the data around the sales are accurate.
