Marcelle Palmer was throughout the process very professional and her attention to detail was outstanding keeping us updated and informed. She is the only agent I have met in Cape Town who is truly the sellers agent where as many agents are focused on their commission regardless. We were in contact with three other agents in the Atlantic Seaboard who all recommended a price level between R 7,5 and 8,5 million. We are very happy sellers and can highly recommend Marcelle.
