I entered the Real Estate Industry part time in 2004 and successfully completed the Real Estate Board exam and became a Full Status Property Practitioner (NQF4 PPRE) and is registered with the PPRA. I am extremely proud to be part of Property.Co.Za Prosper based in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa. My specialised areas are Gordons Bay and Strand. Awards & Recognition: 2004: Logbook and Board Exam as an Intern Property Practitioner and qualified as a Full Status Property Practitioner after one year of Internship. 2005: Qualified and registered Bookkeeper and Tax Practitioner. 2018: Rental Agent of the Year (Seeff Properties). 2019: NQF4 qualification in Real Estate. 2022: PDE4 qualification in Real Estate.
