It's good to feel at home.... In 1995 I entered the Motor Industry as a Service Advisor and Vehicle Sales Executive. I then took on the challenge and entered the Real Estate Industry in 2004 and successfully completed the Real Estate Board exam and became a Full Status Property Practitioner (NQF4 PPRE) and registered with the PPRA. However over the past 30 years, I realised my passion has always been in Real Estatel. With a combined 17 years' experience in the Real Estate Industry, I am extremely proud to be part of Property.CoZa - Prosper based in Somerset West and Property.CoZa Prosper Gordon's Bay, Western Cape, South Africa. Awards & Recognition: 2004: Logbook and Board Exam as an Intern Property Practitioner and qualified as a Full Status Property Practitioner after one year of Internship. 2005: Qualified and registered Bookkeeper and Tax Practitioner. 2018: Rental Agent of the Year (Seeff Properties). 2019: NQF4 qualification in Real Estate. 2022: PDE4 qualification in Real Estate.
