2. Kerb Appeal is Your First Impression.
Buyers decide in the first 30 seconds. Mow the lawn, prune the shrubs, and add a fresh coat of paint if needed. A welcoming entrance sets a positive tone that lasts throughout the entire viewing.

3. A Deep Clean is Non-Negotiable.
I cannot overstate this. A spotless home, especially sparkling kitchens and bathrooms, signals that the property has been meticulously maintained. Eliminate any pet and smoke odours.

4. Declutter & Depersonalise.
