I am a tenacious, confident, and optimistic individual that works exceptionally well under pressure. I bring my best, it is what I present after my best that makes the difference. Raising my own standard daily allows for growth to cultivate beyond measure. The avenues of my life flourish due to good habits, daily routines, and discipline. From the 3000+ RE/MAX agents in the Western Cape, I reached the Number 1 team member for three years in a row and also reached Top 100 Global, which shows a reflection of my dedication, grit, and passion for this business. I have extensive knowledge of the sales of freehold property sales, sectional title, vacant land, and commercial. I am invested in a number of private companies that specialize in zoning, subdivisions, and registering sectional title schemes that hold future value in capital growth. I am very involved in the local community, I invest a number of resources in assisting the overall upliftment of friends who gradually become family.

Yoricq acted as both the agent and seller of the property I purchased. I had very limited communication with him—only one call where he pressured me to speed up my attorneys or he would find another buyer, despite the OTP already being signed. Michael, the agent I dealt with most, was excellent throughout and unaware of the issues until I raised them. A week before registration, we discovered that items listed in the OTP—the aircon, carport, and extractor fan—had been removed without any communication. Yoricq refused to replace or reimburse these and was willing to cancel the sale. I could not withdraw, as this was a linked transaction involving two other properties. What should have been an exciting experience was overshadowed by constant issues, leaving us feeling punished for the condition in which his tenants left his property.
