Tristan Bawa began his real estate career in 2022, after many years in the construction and development industry. Inspired by his experience working with developers and his mother Natasha’s success in property, he made a seamless transition into real estate. Tristan specializes in residential, development, and commercial properties, bringing energy, a proactive approach, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. In 2023, he completed his NQF 4 qualification, passed his PDE 4, and was awarded Agent of the Year, Most Value Sold, and Most Units Sold. He is currently completing his NQF 5 qualification to further enhance his service and expertise. Natasha Bawa brings over 15 years of experience working with developers, having been involved in every stage — from land acquisition to key handovers. She officially joined the real estate industry four years ago and now works alongside her son Tristan. With deep roots in property development and a strong commitment to client care, Natasha has also earned accolades for Agent of the Year, Most Value Sold, and Most Units Sold in 2023. She completed her NQF 4 and PDE 4 in the same year and has recently expanded into the commercial real estate sector. As a team, we pride ourselves on being approachable, transparent, and highly driven.
