Hi, I am Tim Starke. Having spent my childhood growing up in Betty’s Bay, it seems only fitting to be selling residential coastal property with Pam Golding Properties. I originally came from a sales and marketing background in the FMCG industry. After completing a Property Development and Investment Course with UCT, I have thoroughly enjoyed working in the real estate industry. I am well-established in Betty’s Bay village life. I love the outdoor environment and quality of life these surroundings bring. It’s an honour to be able to bring people here and assist them in purchasing into this lifestyle. My ambitious, highly motivated and energetic sales experience gives me the ability to offer my clients a professional and satisfactory level of service. I know the area exceptionally well, and provide my clients with knowledgeable assistance. I pride myself in making lasting connections with the people that I meet. When I am not working I am out surfing at a spot nearby, running Rod's trail, diving and foraging in the kelp forests, spending time with friends and family and enjoying what this beautiful area has to offer.
