As a proud Cape Town local with over 16 years of professional experience in the City of Cape Town’s Planning and Building Development Department, I bring a unique depth of insight to the property market. During my career in municipal development, I contributed to the modernization of city processes by helping redesign business systems and implement a digital submission platform for building plans — streamlining approvals for architects, developers and homeowners. I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Public Management from CPUT in 2015, and today I am a fully qualified PPRA-registered Property Practitioner, completed my NQF4 in Real Estate in 2022. Since transitioning into real estate in 2021, I’ve been honored with the Top Newcomer of the Year award and ranked Top 3 in Most Sole Mandates and Top Sales/Transactions from 2021–2024. While I proudly serve the broader Cape Town market, I specialize in three key nodes along the Western Seaboard — Sanddrift, Tygerhof and Century City.
