Born and raised in a home where real estate was prevalent, it was no surprise when I decided to follow the footsteps of my mentor - my father, who has been a top-selling agent in the South of Johannesburg for 30 years. I embarked on my career in Real Estate in 2016 after having completed matric at King Edward VII School (KES), Johannesburg, where having played provincial rugby and water-polo instilled a deep sense of discipline, dedication and desire to succeed at a higher level in me, traits I apply in my daily life. Starting out as one of the youngest interns at Seeff encouraged me to prove myself and work hard to achieve the goals I had set to be successful in my chosen profession. With guidance from my father, access to the Seeff marketing material and training and hard work, I have been awarded with certificates of achievement from Seeff every year consecutively. Area knowledge, good communication skills and dedication are key to bringing the right buyers and sellers together and closing a deal, a technique I have mastered. Being attentive to both parties at all times and providing them with relevant, informative and up to date information is key to forming a good relationship and often results in referrals and reselling of their property With these qualities, hard work and the constant desire to succeed and become the best at my profession, I do believe I can continue the legacy of my father.
