"Mr. Brand was quick to sell the property at the right price but thats where the magic stopped. Promises was made regarding transfer dates a this was an urgent sale. When the attorneys he insisted to use also failed to perform he was avoiding me like the plague. Transfer only took place 5 months later then promised which meant it went from making a small profit to losing a lot of money."
