My Real Estate Journey My journey in real estate began back in 1988, in the southern suburbs of Johannesburg. From the very start, I was drawn to the idea of helping people find not just houses, but homes — places where life’s best memories are made. In 1991, I earned my Estate Agents Board certification, and by the following year, my own company was registered with the Master Builders Association. We started building homes for government-subsidised buyers, a deeply fulfilling chapter of my career. Seeing families take ownership of their very first home reminded me why I chose this path in the first place. When property availability became limited, I made a decision — we would build homes ourselves, ensuring more people could access quality living spaces. That decision shaped the next few years of growth and success. By 1994, our business had expanded to the East Rand, proudly serving the Alberton community. Those years taught me that success in real estate isn’t just about numbers — it’s about trust, integrity, and genuine care for the people you serve. After many rewarding years in Johannesburg, my focus shifted to family and quality of life. We made the move to Cape Town, where I could enjoy the lifestyle I’d always wanted — and continue doing what I love most. Today, I’m honoured to serve the northern suburbs of Cape Town, helping clients find homes that truly fit their lives.
