Penelope Balfour

Pen began her Real Estate career in the KZN Midlands/Hilton area and immediately proved to be a force to be reckoned with. She was very well connected in the area and still is! Pen is a stickler for doing things correctly, so she immediately set about obtaining the required qualifications. She is, therefore, a qualified Full Status estate agent. Pen very soon positioned herself as the top achiever in her office for 3 consecutive years and was honoured with several Service Excellence Awards. In 2017, Pen, together with her 3 sons, relocated to the North Coast. She has made it her business to get to know the local market and has therefore become extremely successful. She develops solid relationships with her clients and truly goes the extra mile for them. Pen says: “one of the joys I get from being an estate agent is working with young people purchasing their first home, I share in their excitement and guide them through the whole process.”
