HI, I am Nicola Lloyd, I have been selling residential coastal property in Pringle Bay and Rooi Els with Pam Golding Properties since 2004. I hold a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning and am a Full Status Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. I now head the Whale Coast Branchise incorporating the villages of Kleinmond, Bettys Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els. I have lived in Pringle Bay for 21years and am well-established in village life.
