Nicola Lloyd

Nicola Lloyd, is a residential property specialist selling residential coastal property in Pringle Bay and Rooi Els with Pam Golding Properties since 2004. She holds a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning and is a Full Status Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. More than two decades specialising in these distinctive markets has given her an exceptional depth of local property knowledge. She heads the Whale Coast Branchise incorporating the villages of Kleinmond, Bettys Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els. Her town planning and property experience over two decades brings together a wealth of knowledge and skills, which she utilises in her communication both verbally and electronically with her aim of providing “Outrageous Customer Service”. For the last 10 years she has also been and continues as the Branch manager for PGP Whale Coast offices including Rooi Els, Pringle Bay, Bettys Bay and Kleinmond. She has regularly achieved Gold Club status including receiving the regional Service Excellence Award in 2007. Earlier in her professional career she participated in the Cape Town Olympic Bid 2004 Company and considers her contribution one of the highlights of her professional life. Today, her focus is firmly on coastal property and the communities she serves. Away from property Nicola participates in organ transplant awareness and sport representing South Africa at the World Transplant Games in Germany in 2026.
