I cannot recall the exact date that the mandate was handed over but all in all the process was wrapped up within 6-8 months. I could not be happier with Nichola as my agent, she was patient, understanding and very professional. The sale of my apartment was very complicated as it was during my divorce. My partner was an extremely difficult and unpredictable character during the entire process and Nichola maintained absolute professionalism but was also very clear in her explanations and expectations. Her advice and guidance during the sale/transfer and the entire process was outstanding and I very much appreciate her support and assistance. Would definitely go out of my way to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent and would definitely use her again if I was to get back into the market.
Nichola is one of the hardest working and most sensible estate agents I've met. Her communication skills put her at the front of the queue and she is overall a delight to work with.
