I actually give Melissa a 5.Right from the word GO she guided me where to improve&guided me with clearance certificates; helped to get t plans by Council ect. When it came to selling- a cash buyer but for less that I was hoping. At the end I was very happy-as all went so quick. I insist on using her selling my main house. She was never persistent.. Advised in a clever way. Even my current house she has advised where to fix plumbing & improve. She is truly a gem!
