Linda Smith

Linda Smith Matriculated in Newcastle and then qualified as an Occupational Therapist (OT) from the University of Pretoria. She then worked as an OT in the Psychiatric and private Remedial areas in Pietermaritzburg and Johannesburg. Linda then decided to challenge herself and moved into the Recruitment Industry in Johannesburg with a leading Recruitment company. She specialised within the Investment and Engineering fields, placing professionals within the corporate sector. She quickly built up experience in sales, managing relationships and negotiating, which are key factors to being successful in the property industry. The opportunity presented itself to relocate back to Newcastle as part owner of Abacus Estate Agents.This small local estate agency provided the platform to acquire the Seeff Licence in 2008. Linda is the Sales Manager of G Smith trading as Seeff Properties Newcastle. She is a qualified property practitioner which authorizes her to sell and lease properties in South Africa. Linda is extremely proud to be associated with the Seeff Brand which has been a trusted name in the property industry since 1964.
