After 25 years in the real estate business, working with homeowners, landlords, investors, and buyers, I’ve pretty much seen it all. My real estate journey began in March 2000 when I was trained by a small firm in the Bloubergstrand area. I was young, eager to learn, and though I made plenty of mistakes, those lessons have shaped who I am today and the expertise I offer. In June 2003, I launched my first real estate company, and over the years, I’ve continued to build more ventures, focusing on various aspects of the property industry—Buying, Selling, Letting, Development, and Business Financing. While the 2009 economic downturn forced me to close that chapter, I quickly returned in 2010 as an independent entrepreneur, doing what I do best: buying and selling properties. Today, I’m assembling a dynamic team of professional real estate agents, leveraging eXp's cutting-edge technology and eco-systems to overcome the global and local economic challenges that once held smaller players back. I am confident we can now achieve what once seemed out of reach, unlocking levels of success we only dreamed of—and have a great time doing it! I’m passionate about helping sellers get the best price for their homes by guiding them toward smart, value-driven decisions. I thrive on helping buyers find their dream homes, simplifying what can feel like an overwhelming process. And I love creating sound investment strategies that align with investors' goals.
