Jutta Dudley

Johannesburg-born to German parents and raised in the area I now proudly serve, I have always believed that success comes from building meaningful relationships and understanding people’s needs. Married for 37 years and blessed with an amazing daughter, family and community have always been at the heart of everything I do. My entrepreneurial journey began in 1999 when I started my own travel agency, followed by a virtual assistant agency and a house-sitting business in 2016. Over the years, I also managed an Airbnb, rented out apartments, and supported my husband in building his two successful businesses. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in customer service, business management, and understanding the importance of creating positive client experiences. At the end of 2019, I decided to explore real estate part-time. When Covid-19 brought our businesses to a standstill in March 2020, I used the opportunity to fully commit to the industry and continued working toward my NQF4 qualification during hard lockdown. On 1 July 2020, I began working part-time as a rental agent, and by December 2020, I had transitioned into real estate full-time. In 2024, I joined RE/MAX Evolve where I continue to grow and thrive in a career I am deeply passionate about. Over the years, I have been honoured to receive several awards and achieve milestones I never imagined possible. For me, real estate has never been only about property — it is about people, their lives, their dreams, and the changes they are working toward. Whether assisting buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, my greatest joy comes from helping clients navigate important life transitions with confidence and care. The many incredible people I have met along the way continue to inspire me every day.
