I'm Garth, a full-status property practitioner with a lifelong connection to Cape Town and a deep love for its people and places. Born in Table View, raised in the Southern Suburbs, and having spent my young adult life on the Atlantic Seaboard, I've called Blouberg home for the past 18 years. This journey has given me a unique perspective - I don't just know the streets and suburbs, I understand the stories, the rhythms, and the little details that make each neighbourhood special. Before real estate, I built a career in IT support and customer service, which taught me the value of listening carefully, solving problems quickly, and always putting people first. Today, I bring those same skills into property, combining old-fashioned service values with modern tools and tech to guide my clients through one of life's biggest decisions with confidence and ease. I'm passionate about helping people find more than just a property - I want them to find a place where they can truly belong.
