Joined Just Property in July 2022 as an intern, registered with PPRA in October 2022, PPRA only issued the certificate on 31/08/23. NQF4 Seta Services Course completed in 2022 and acknowledged by PPRA in 2023. I have sold 5 properties in my 1st year. Working remotely from my home in St Helena Bay covering all of the West Coast except Langebaan which is a different Franchise owner. Very eager to obtain more information on the Real Estate business. I have wonderful listings such as a Guesthouse, commercial vacant land and residential vacant land ready for a developer to purchase and build. I strife to obtain Sole Mandates, 3 of my 5 sales were Sole Mandates. I am willing to be guided by the experts even if they are younger than me as I have started this career late in life, currently 58 and full of energy to make this a success. Thank you
