"My experience with Daniel was terrible and I do not recommend anyone make use of his service unless you want to be insulted and completely disregarded. An occupation inspection was not conducted as he only showed up late afternoon. I had to go to the police to remove previous owner's tenants which I was only notified of their refusal to vacate 2 weeks before registration and owner knew of this in April when I put in my OTP. I lost thousands in storage fees due to this. I still do not have my COC and house plans. There was significant damage to property upon occupation which was not there when I viewed property including dumping of rubbish on property. I hope I never have to deal with him or the company he works for. Daniel Viana does not even deserve 1 star from me, if I could he wouldn't even a 1 star but, to get the review across I'm giving him 1 star. He was unprofessional and conducted himself poorly."
