Caroline Nixon is the Estate Agent at Seeff Sandton, in the Fourways branch, who specializes in Steyn City, Dainfern Golf Estate, Dainfern surrounds, Helderfontein Estate, Fourways Gardens and Beverley areas. Having won many Seeff top regional sales agent awards for the past 3 years, she continues to drive a strong business. Caroline has worked in the real estate sector for some years, previously with another national brand in Ballito. She is now driving her passion for property through Seeff. Caroline is focused on expanding her property portfolio and ensuring that all her clients have a seamless experience. She has an excellent understanding of the South African market, having headed up divisions for large, well-known brands, including Edcon, Naspers, Woolworths, and the JD Group. Her solid corporate background was instrumental when she was at the forefront of market analysis, procurement, sourcing, marketing, and business analysis as head of eCommerce for Naspers MIH / Kalahari (now Takealot.com). Caroline is also co-founder of SupplyMED and the founder of Nixon Trading Agencies and Strawberry Tide. Her formal qualifications include an MBA and accreditation from Harvard Business School. Caroline is proud to have worked closely with charities and NGO groups, such as Reach for a Dream and Round Table. She was the co-founder of the MIKK Project, which was a water relief project. Strawberry Tide is an initiative that focuses on reusable products, thereby reducing the amount of plastic that goes back into our environment.
