Carmen Gamieldien

Carmen Gamieldien is the Owner & Founder of Meraki Property Solutions, a 100% black female-owned and managed real estate company. She is a qualified Principal (MPRE), seasoned trainer, and registered constituent assessor and moderator for Real Estate NQF Levels 4 & 5. With over 23 years of industry experience, Carmen is an industry expert whose knowledge spans sectional title administration, property sales, property letting, financial administration, and training and development. Her exceptional attention to detail, conscientiousness, and strong work ethic have earned her a reputation for excellence. She is also a passionate entrepreneur, known for her resourcefulness and dynamic leadership, with a proven track record in growing businesses and developing people. Beyond her professional life, Carmen is a career-driven wife to Fariq, a devoted mother of three, and a proud grandmother of one. She dedicates much of her time to her family, actively serving in ministry, and enjoying fellowship with good friends.
