Ann Piscopo

I was born in Cape Town and grew up between Cape Town and Durban, settling in Cape Town during my teenage years. My journey has been filled with diverse experiences that have shaped who I am and the value I bring to my real estate clients. After matriculating, I started my first business in the hair industry, sparking my entrepreneurial spirit. In 1993, I transitioned to the corporate world as a personal assistant, working in South Africa and the UK. Returning to South Africa, I continued my corporate career until 2000, when I opened my second business as a superette owner. In 2006, I managed a TEFL school and later founded my own, which I ran successfully while traveling the world until retiring at age 40. In 2019, my family and I moved to Langebaan, where I established Bella Mia, a self-catering accommodation business I still operate. This is where I began my real estate career, combining my passion with my skills. Since 1999, I've gained valuable hands-on experience through owning properties, building two homes from scratch, and renovating another. My journey has instilled in me the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service—qualities I bring to every client interaction. With a wealth of knowledge and a strong connection to Langebaan, I’m here to guide you through buying, selling, or investing with expertise and dedication.
