Anita is a very diligent and conscientious estate agent. Her knowledge and experience encompasses the property market in general, so both seller and buyer benefit from this. Anita constantly gives feedback and in my case, facilitated the selling process beyond what was required from her. A point of importance for me, which factually reinforced every aspect of Anita’s skills as an excellent estate agent was her accuracy level in forecasting the final sell price. Anita has sold a number of my properties and from statistics I recorded of ‘forecast price to sell’ vs ‘actual sell price secured’, she achieved an accuracy level of 98.5%. I would not hesitate to appoint Anita in the future again.

Excellent service in all aspects

Everything started very well with Anita and her team for my sale in Loevenstein. They seemed very organised and responsive. I am based in the UK and I was happy to have found an agent that I could rely on. However, we found out after-the-fact that the agent had allowed early occupation for the buyer's tenant without our consent. As an experienced agent, they would certainly know the contractual requirements in situations where early occupation needs to take place, but it was not mentioned to us and we had to request that the occupational rent be organised by the conveyancer. We only found out about this by chance - the new tenant broke a window and we were billed for it. If this hadn't happened, we would have missed out on what was owed to us. Anita blamed her PA for the early occupation, which shows a lack of integrity. It was very clear that Anita had given the go-ahead for the occupation, despite our contract with them stating that they will only allow occupation on the date of transfer. If we lived in SA, we would have pursued this further with Jawitz as a breach of ethics.

I think they did a spectacular job of selling the house, this is the 4th transaction we are using Anita, and as always a pleasure to work with her. highly recommended!
